Full Job Description
Purpose Statement

The Director, Global Compensation leads the design, governance, and delivery of Rich's global compensation programs. The role ensures compensation programs are competitive, equitable, financially responsible, compliant, and aligned with Rich's business and talent strategies.

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Total Rewards & AEN Operations, this leader advises senior leaders, partners across functions and regions, and leads the continued evolution of compensation practices across Rich's.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

  • Develop and lead Rich's global compensation strategy, governance, and multiyear roadmap.
  • Oversee base pay, job architecture, market benchmarking, salary structures, and pay practices.
  • Lead the design and administration of annual and long-term incentive programs.
  • Manage the global annual compensation planning process, including merit and incentive cycles.
  • Advance Rich's pay-for-performance philosophy and strengthen reward differentiation.
  • Lead the redesign of Rich's global Sales Incentive Plans and establish consistent governance and design principles.
  • Provide compensation analysis and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with global pay, equity, tax, labor, and disclosure requirements.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Payroll, Technology, and regional leaders to deliver effective compensation programs.
  • Lead and develop the Global Compensation team and manage external compensation partners.
  • Key Relationships: AEN/HR leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Technology, Data & Analytics, regional business leaders, and external compensation advisers.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10 or more years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience.
  • Experience leading a global team.
  • Experience leading global or multiregional compensation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of base pay, job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, and incentive compensation.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders and translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, project leadership, and change management skills
  • Experience leading compensation programs within a multinational, matrixed organization.
  • CCP, GRP, or comparable compensation certification preferred.
  • Experience with global sales compensation, executive compensation, long-term incentives, or Compensation Committee support preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise compensation planning systems and major compensation surveys preferred.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$165,075.00 - $275,125.00
