The Director of Commercial Sales Operations Revenue Capture will lead a global team of managers and analysts responsible for optimizing revenue capture, price contract management, and order release to ensure timely invoicing. This role is pivotal in supporting the Sales organization with data-driven tools to guide pricing and contracting decisions, while driving end-to-end contract compliance and margin capture. The Director will partner closely with corporate accounts, product divisions, and cross-functional teams to deliver proactive planning, insightful analytics, and operational excellence.

Leads a team of managers and analysts in Commercial Operations in the Revenue Capture – Price Contracts and Order Release team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Capture & Order Management

  • Oversee processes to clear orders efficiently, removing price and credit holds to ensure timely invoicing.

  • Drive KPI development and monitoring to support billing practices in consignment order management.

  • Lead initiatives to collect consignment order purchase orders and optimize consignment workflows.

Pricing & Contract Management

  • Manage the end-to-end price process, ensuring contract compliance and margin capture execution.

  • Support Sales teams with contextual, insightful analytics to inform pricing and contracting decisions.

  • Partner with corporate accounts to proactively plan GPO and IDN contract renewals.

  • Lead teams through the pricing approval process and provide transparent reporting.

Analytics & Decision Support

  • Deliver advanced analytics that empower global product divisions to make informed commercial decisions.

  • Develop and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to support strategic planning.

  • Integrate external advanced data sources (e.g., ECRI) to enhance market intelligence.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of managers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Drive business process optimization, workflow mapping, and operational rigor across functions.

  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to align commercial operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

SYTEMS TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)..

  • Experience with Power BI, Oracle, Model N, and Consignment Order Management SW (preferably MoveMedical).

  • Expertise in Salesforce.com and external advanced data sources (ie. ECRI).

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and analytics platforms.

Salary Pay Range:

$166,750.00 - $228,850.00 USD Salary

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
