Leadership & Change Management • Act as a change leader and role model for a modern, insight-driven finance function. • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, IT, and other stakeholders to embed analytics and financial discipline into business decision-making. • Provide thought leadership, coaching, and influence across the global finance community, without relying on direct hierarchical authority. • Support the development of finance capabilities, analytics literacy, and process discipline across the organization.
