Job DescriptionDirector, Fund/Client Accounting
We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Director to join our Private Equity Fund Accounting team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida (4 days in office per week).
In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:- Direct a Fund Accounting area consisting of multiple teams responsible for conducting accounting services on behalf of a broad array of assigned clients, including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.
- Manage the financial and human resources for the unit, ensuring assigned teams operate effectively to meet unit goals and objectives.
- Execute business plans and contribute to the development of functional strategy, setting guidelines for determining the net asset value (NAV) for funds across various sectors and promoting consistency across product areas.
- Oversee relationship management for a broad set of clients, ensuring customer service levels meet client needs, resolving client issues, and participating in sales efforts including RFP and RFI preparation and presentations.
To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:- Bachelor9s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred.
- Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contributions and professional growth.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
