Full Job Description
The Director, FP&A will be the finance business partner to the NA DTC organization and will also own global financial consolidation for the Kate Spade brand. This person will be a financial thought partner to the NA DTC leadership team, working closely to build financial plans and help deliver financial targets. The Director will have significant exposure to key executives across the company and must be comfortable communicating at all levels (direct reports to C-Level). Finally, the Director will be responsible for managing and development of a team of 3 direct reports.

  • Manage monthly close and forecast processes supporting the NA DTC organization
  • Partner with NA DTC leadership and regional finance leads to fuel growth and generate efficiencies across the P&L
  • Support the business with managing capital investments and ensuring ROI
  • Consolidate global financials; Oversee and complete deliverables for Tapestry corporate FP&A
  • Lead the strategic financial long-range planning (LRP) and annual operating plan (AOP) processes for NA DTC organization
  • Drive ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects.

Base Pay Range
$170,000.00-$180,000.00
