Job OverviewBASIC SUMMARY:The Head of FP&A Insights and Analytics delivers analytical insights, business intelligence, and reporting governance within the FP&A CoE, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent, decision-ready, and compliant with defined standards. Strengthen performance visibility and performance steering through driver-based analytics, KPI governance, data quality discipline, and actionable insight generation. Support scalable reporting, analytics, and executive decision enablement through standardized definitions, automated dashboards, and continuous improvement.

Own reporting standards, KPI definitions, data checks, and compliance with agreed FP&A reporting governance

Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and value creation opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations

Partner with report production teams to ensure analysis is translated into clear management reporting, executive-ready narratives, and performance steering materials

Job QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in Finance or related discipline

Compensation DataThe hiring range for this position in the US is $170,000/yr - $210,000/yr. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, location and any collective agreements, if applicable. Remote candidates located outside the US should be aware that the relevant pay range varies based on country and location.
