Position Overview:

We are seeking a Director, FP&A Special Projects to support Corporate FP&A and enterprise-wide finance initiatives. This role is designed for a hands-on finance professional who understands corporate FP&A, brings a strong ownership attitude, and can step into high-priority projects, ad hoc requests from leadership, and cross-functional process improvements.

As the Senior Manager, you will:

  • Support Corporate FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level financial presentations.


  • Lead and execute special projects that require strong financial analysis, hands-on modeling, cross-functional coordination, and clear communication with stakeholders.


  • Respond to ad hoc requests from executive leadership and business partners with timely, accurate, and actionable analysis.


  • Help drive finance process improvement initiatives, including standardization of reporting, enhancement of planning processes, and development of scalable FP&A tools.


  • Support system implementation efforts, including ERP and EPM projects, by helping define business requirements, validate financial data, test workflows, and support user adoption.


  • Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Operations, IT, and business teams to ensure financial information is accurate, consistent, and decision-ready.


  • Bring a hands-on approach and strong ownership mindset to ambiguous, fast-moving projects where structure may need to be created from the ground up.
