Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of data entry experience with accurate typing ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Understanding of graphic data presentation.
• Familiarity with Oasis and ICD coding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and analyzing data for Home Care and Hospice QA&I monitors.
• Perform data entry for departmental and regulatory monitoring purposes.
• Support the Assistant Director for Regulatory Compliance with compliance-related activities.
• Collaborate with the QA&I/Education Nurse on educational tasks.
• Ensure accurate documentation and organizational compliance in all reports.
