Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data for Home Care and Hospice QA&I monitors.

  • Support the Assistant Director for Regulatory Compliance with compliance-related activities.
  • Collaborate with the QA&I/Education Nurse on educational tasks.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and organizational compliance in all reports.

Full Job Description
Requirements: Assist in the collection, aggregation and analysis of data for Home Care and Hospice QA&I monitors. Responsible for data entry for intra-departmental monitoring as well as regulatory monitoring. Assists the Assistant Director for Regulatory Compliance and the QA&I/Education Nurse in all educational and compliance activities.

Status: Full-Time

Salary: $140-160k annually

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years data entry experience required with accurate typing ability.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel spreadsheets).
  • Knowledge of graphic display of information. Attention to detail and follow-up; proven organization skills.
  • Knowledge of Oasis.
  • Knowledge of ICD coding.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing.
  • Exhibits an ability and attitude relative to the spirit of caring and tradition at Calvary Hospital as required by specific job duties and functions.
