What you get to do:

In this roleyoull deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that managers and supervisors consistently execute the F&B operations plan. Youll coach managers and supervisors to effectively handle guest issues while ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. Youll set the tone for excellence and hold managers accountable. Were looking to you to inspire, motivate, educate and train an outstanding team. You will also:

  • Manage operations and staff in a wide variety of outlets
  • Manage all health and safety protocols, including training management and supervisors
  • Coach Ambassadors to positively and enthusiastically greet and welcome guests
  • Coach Ambassadors to provide guests with information on products being offered
  • Ensure management and supervisors engage with guests and monitor satisfaction
  • Monitor guest experiences and handle situations in a timely manner
  • Ensure staff maintains a clean working environment
  • Support the F&B management with advanced food and beverage training
  • Manage labor and other costs
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Revenue to ensure maximum profitability

What it takes to succeed:

  • A minimum of five years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment
  • Three years of director-level experience in a high-volume, multi-outlet environment preferred
  • Experience working in a theme park atmosphere serving international guests highly desirable
  • Flexible and solution-driven with strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven supervisory skills
  • Strong and consistent customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of theme parks or similar multi-outlet venues
  • Understanding of the P&L process, including labor costs
  • Current food & beverage safety certifications a plus


What else is important:

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights
  • Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)

  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors, and cold/heat temperature extremes
