OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and strategic finance leader to oversee global financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis for a growing international organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting across global entities, maintaining compliance with US GAAP and/or IFRS, partnering with executive leadership on financial planning and performance management, and delivering actionable insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with hands-on financial analysis experience and the ability to influence business leaders through data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities
Global Financial Reporting- Lead global financial consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
- Manage and review subsidiary financial reporting, including reporting packages, closing adjustments, and intercompany eliminations.
- Ensure financial reporting compliance with US GAAP / IFRS, as applicable.
- Develop, maintain, and implement Group accounting policies and ensure consistent accounting treatment across global entities.
- Coordinate statutory financial reporting and disclosures for the Group and subsidiaries.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of the Global Audited Financial Report and support external audit activities.
Budget & Forecast- Lead and coordinate the US HQ annual budget and periodic forecast process.
- Monitor actual results against budget and forecast, and identify significant variances and emerging financial risks.
Analysis on business performance: Business Performance Analysis- Analyze gross margin, operating expenses, and spending trends and identify significant or unusual variances.
- Analyze business, BU, customer, and product profitability, including unusual profit-allocation results or trends.
- Investigate key financial anomalies, identify underlying business drivers, and assess their financial impact.
- Provide early warnings to the CFO, CEO, and BU Leaders regarding material performance issues, financial risks, and unfavorable trends.
Business Action Plans & Follow-up- Work with BU Leaders and functional teams to develop corrective action plans based on financial analysis.
- Define and track action items, responsible owners, timelines, and financial impact.
- Follow up on open issues and escalate significant unresolved matters to management.
Tax Analytics Partnership- Partner with the Tax team by providing financial, profitability, cost-allocation, and business analytics to support tax planning, compliance, and risk assessment.
- Support analysis of profit allocation, intercompany transactions, and business performance where relevant to tax and transfer-pricing matters.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, audit, or finance leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading global financial consolidations and preparing consolidated financial statements for multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS, including financial statement preparation, disclosures, and accounting policy implementation.
- Experience managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance management.
- Strong understanding of intercompany accounting, eliminations, transfer pricing concepts, and global reporting structures.
- Experience partnering with external auditors and coordinating annual audit activities.
- Ability to analyze profitability, gross margin, operating expenses, and key business performance drivers, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, including CFOs, CEOs, and business unit leaders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive accountability, monitor action plans, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation/reporting tools required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making across all levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting tax planning, profitability analysis, intercompany transactions, and business analytics is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, global business environment.
