What This Role Is NotTo protect candidate clarity and interview time, the following are deliberately out of scope:
- This is not a Controller role. Primary ownership of statutory accounting, tax, consolidated and local audit, credit collections, cash application, and accounting policy sits with the Financial Controller. The Director, FP&A&C supports statutory reporting and audit as a secondary responsible party but does not lead them.
- This is not a Corporate Development role. M&A origination and transaction legal execution sit with the CFO and the Delinian sponsor team. The Director, FP&A supports the CFO on transaction financial workstreams, data preparation, analysis, and diligence assistance, sits with this role.
- This is not a back-office reporting role. Candidates who see FP&A as month-end close and variance commentary will be mis-matched to the mandate.
