Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Director, Pricing for the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Sector (ISR), reporting to the VP, ISR Sector Contracts. The Director, Pricing is responsible for leading the organization's pricing function, developing and executing pricing strategies that support business growth, profitability, and competitive positioning. This role oversees pricing policies, tools, processes, and team development while partnering cross-functionally with sales, finance, contracts, business development, and executive leadership to ensure pricing decisions align with company objectives and market conditions.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead the ISR Pricing organization, ensuring it provides timely, accurate, and compliant pricing for ISR programs.
  • Create a new Subcontracts-Pricing-Contracts collaboration model to better identify requirements, constraints and disclosure requirements associated with new contract and subcontract proposals and awards.
  • Develop and implement new pricing and proposal techniques for ISR's growing international and commercial business opportunities.
  • Serve as subject matter expert to advise segment leadership and business partners on technical accounting issues, including but not limited to revenue recognition standards.
  • Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the pricing organization.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Experience building or leading a centralized pricing organization.
  • Knowledge of competitive analysis, market segmentation, and pricing optimization techniques.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and implement scalable pricing tools and governance.
  • Experience in highly regulated, government contracting, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or complex B2B environments.
  • Ability to work under consultative direction and set own priorities.
