Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic & Financial Leadership • Serve as the finance leader for 8 manufacturing plants and 2 repack facilities and 1 distribution center supporting both Canada and the USA.
  • Partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Plant Leaders, Operations and Finance management team on cost structure, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
  • Lead financial strategy in support of productivity, capacity optimization, and network efficiency.
  • Translate operational priorities into financial strategies and scenario-based trade-off decisions.
  • Provide financial oversight across manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and inventory
  • Deliver transparency on operational drivers impacting financial results.
  • Lead Operations organization through the annual operating plan process & forecasting updates 20% / 100%


The Recipe for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • CPA preferred
  • MBA or Master's degree in business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibility within a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading finance teams supporting plant operations, costing, supply chain, and manufacturing functions.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic business plans, annual operating plans, and long-range financial forecasts.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, standard costing, inventory accounting, operational KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional business initiatives and influencing stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Corporate functions.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical, and decision-support capabilities with a proven ability to translate complex financial information into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong costing and digitization capabilities, with experience supporting phased SAP implementation and rollout initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while building strong, collaborative relationships across the organization.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management experience with a track record of delivering business improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Results-oriented, highly organized, and capable of leading multiple priorities within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
