Are you energized by leading teams through change while strengthening financial foundations? In this role, you'll oversee Coveo's operational finance function, ensuring financial excellence, compliance, and scalability in a fast-growing environment.

You'll lead a key team at the heart of Coveo's operations, partnering closely with leadership to support growth initiatives, strategic decisions, and continuous optimization across finance, payroll, and accounting.
As our Director of Finance, you will:
  • Lead and develop the operational finance team, fostering strong performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee accounting operations, financial close, and the preparation of accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Ensure effective cash management, liquidity planning, and strong relationships with financial institutions.
  • Supervise payroll operations and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Support growth initiatives through financial analysis, investment projects, and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
