  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
  • Provide strategic decision support on headcount planning, territory design, compensation plans, and marketing spend allocation.
  • Analyze key SaaS and revenue metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, pipeline coverage, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure alignment between systems (Salesforce), reporting, and financial outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in commission and incentive program design to align behaviors with company strategy.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within the revenue plan and communicate mitigation strategies.
  • Lead analyses and projects that provide new insights to business leaders and strengthen strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Ensure alignment between financial plans, operational decisions, workforce strategies, and broader strategic initiatives.
  • Review, analyze, and ensure the quality of operational data.
  • Work with teams to develop operational insights and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with ad hoc analysis and support.
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze key financial metrics and understand the root causes of fluctuations with revenue and costs.
