Job Description:
• Represents to the Department Dean and Assistant Dean, regarding faculty and student needs, budget, program evaluation, space and equipment needs.
• Identifies appropriate community agency linkages for student learning experiences.
• Designs, coordinates, and implements program curriculum.
• Collaborates with departmental faculty for course development and oversight.
• Leads the institutional effectiveness process in their area of responsibility by implementing, monitoring, documenting, and completing all required assessment activities in a timely manner.
• Develops, designs, and delivers instruction in designated courses. Participates in student advising and mentorship.
• Actively engages in the institution's committees as assigned by the President.
• Engages in the academic roles of teaching, service, scholarship, and research.
• Oversight of maintenance of accreditation for the MSN, Post-Graduate Certification and DNP Family Nurse Practitioner Program Tracks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:
• Doctorate [Required]
Field of Study:
• (EdD, DNP or PhD) from a regionally accredited university
Work Experience:
• 2+ years Instructional design experience [Required]• 2+ years in developing nursing undergraduate programs [Required]• 2+ years Online education or instructional technology experience [Required]
• 3+ years of academic teaching experience [Preferred]
• 2+ years of experience in teaching in Graduate Nursing Programs [Preferred]
• 1+ year of experience as a Program Director [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$83,699.48 - $155,693.55
