What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Lead the strategy and execution of corporate facility operations across North America, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee space planning, workplace design, and efficient utilization of corporate real estate.
Oversee facility services including building projects, renovations, building security, maintenance, and service contracts.
Direct all phases of real estate procurement or lease renewals and manage subleasing or disposition of surplus space.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for facility operations and capital improvement.
Drive initiatives to reduce energy consumption and promote sustainability.
Identify and implement cost-sharing and cost-reducing initiatives.
What You'll Bring

Total Rewards Package
Salary: $150,000-$212,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
