Full Job Description
What You'll Do Day-To-Day

  • Lead the strategy and execution of corporate facility operations across North America, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee space planning, workplace design, and efficient utilization of corporate real estate.
  • Oversee facility services including building projects, renovations, building security, maintenance, and service contracts.
  • Direct all phases of real estate procurement or lease renewals and manage subleasing or disposition of surplus space.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for facility operations and capital improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce energy consumption and promote sustainability.
  • Identify and implement cost-sharing and cost-reducing initiatives.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of EHS regulations, building codes and compliance standards.
  • Proven track record managing multi-site or large-scale office and industrial facilities portfolio including ability to set strategy and vision.
  • Experience leading capital projects and vendor/contractor management.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.


Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $150,000-$212,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
