SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent - Business Services, plan, organize, control and direct the activities and operations of the Facilities Planning and Development Department; perform various planning assignments in research, analysis, design and development of school facilities; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
