    • Create clear accountability for preventive maintenance completion, equipment uptime, response time, backlog management, and recurring equipment issues
    • Partner with Operations and Manufacturing leadership to prioritize maintenance resources based on production needs, business risk, and customer commitments
    • Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs, using performance data to drive accountability, resource decisions, and continuous improvement across all locations
  • Strategic Leadership & Growth

    • Create long-term plans supporting manufacturing growth, capacity expansion, and operational scalability
    • Partner with executive leadership on facility investments, acquisitions, expansion opportunities, and site selection decisions
    • Lead the evaluation, design, and launch of new manufacturing facilities and operational sites, including initiatives that have not been done before
    • Establish facility standards, governance processes, and operational best practices that make work more efficient, scalable, and consistently high quality across all locations
  • Multi-Site Operations Leadership
