This includes guiding the selection of our future core financial ERP system and the successful rollout of Oracle Fusion, while aligning people, business, technology, and global technology delivery for a successful implementation.
  • Executive Collaboration & Decision-Making: Act as the primary technology liaison/leader to the EXO and impacted operational leaders and SMEs. Support and guide stakeholders through a structured framework to make timely decisions that balance global consistency with local business needs, prioritizing choices based on what capabilities differentiate our business versus what the industry standard is.

  • Perform as the lead business partner, consultant and thought leader for our Corporate Services internal partner-clients, including but not limited to:
  • Tech Stack Efficiency & Optimization: In partnership with product owners, lead periodic reviews of the corporate services technology stack, evaluating both financial (cost, ROI) and non-financial (performance, scalability, risk) effectiveness globally.
  • Data & Governance Collaboration: Partner with Data and Governance functions to ensure global adherence to enterprise standards.
  • Issue Prioritization & Resolution: Accountable for identifying, prioritizing, and resolving technology issues impacting Corporate Services, including impact assessment to minimize business disruption.

  • Technology Product Ownership: Accountable for the product lifecycle for key enterprise technology platforms, including but not limited to Confluence and Jira. Ensure we have a solid vision, strategy, and roadmap for these products, working with stakeholders across the company to ensure they evolve to meet business needs and drive productivity, transparently linking out strategies to projects to the work and vice-versa.
  • Provide support and oversight of vendor strategy, talent management, and operational excellence across the global IT organization.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, manage, and retain outstanding employee-owners.
  • Interpret organizational policies, purposes, and goals for Department Managers.
  • Maintain compliance with equal employment opportunity initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all company policies and standards.
