- Prospect and engage Fortune 1000 organizations and other large employers.
- Build strategic account plans that identify growth opportunities and accelerate revenue generation.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and program teams to execute successful account strategies.
- Conduct executive-level discovery conversations to uncover workforce development and talent needs.
- Design customized learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Present to C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
- Position eCornell's offerings as scalable solutions that drive employee development, leadership growth, and organizational performance.
- Manage a designated enterprise territory with responsibility for achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Execute strategic sales plans to deliver quarterly and annual bookings targets.
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Manage an anticipated revenue portfolio in excess of $2 million annually.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity, and account information in Salesforce.
- Deliver regular pipeline and forecast reporting.
- Use data and market intelligence to inform strategy and maximize performance.
What We Need- Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated record of success in a quota-carrying, goal-oriented sales environment.
- Experience selling leadership development, eLearning, executive education, professional development, training, professional services, or consulting solutions.
- Proven success engaging and influencing C-suite executives.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and highly results-oriented.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while independently managing a territory and pipeline.
