Director, Enterprise Applications - Finance & Supply Chain will lead technology strategy, delivery, and operational support for Finance and Supply Chain capabilities. The role is accountable for business process enablement, system integrations, controls, reporting, automation, and reliable execution across critical back-office platforms.
ResponsibilitiesFinance and Supply Chain Systems Leadership
- Lead application strategy, roadmap, and delivery for finance, procurement, supply chain, and related back-office platforms.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Billing leaders to translate business priorities into scalable technology outcomes.
- Own prioritization and execution of enhancements, integrations, and production support activities.
Process Optimization and Automation
- Drive standardization and automation across procure-to-pay, source-to-pay, inventory, close support, vendor management, and reporting workflows.
- Identify manual controls and repetitive processes that can be simplified through workflow, integration, and data improvements.
- Define KPIs and OKRs for cycle time, system reliability, automation adoption, and business satisfaction.
Controls, Reliability, and Governance
- Ensure finance and supply chain systems meet control, audit, compliance, and security expectations.
- Lead root-cause resolution for incidents and recurring operational defects.
- Partner with architecture, data, security, and operations teams on integration standards and platform reliability.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing team supporting finance and supply chain technology capabilities.
- Provide monthly operational reviews, risk updates, and roadmap visibility to IT leadership.
- Develop talent and operating routines that improve predictability and accountability.
Qualifications- Minimum of ten (10) years of IT/application leadership experience supporting Finance, ERP, Procurement, or Supply Chain systems.
- Minimum of six (6) years managing cross-functional teams or complex application portfolios in a technology-driven environment.
- Experience with ERP, procurement, supply chain, billing, workflow, integration, and reporting platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of controls, audit requirements, data quality, and operational support for business-critical systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.

Estimated base salary range: $142,600 - $219,400 USD/annually.The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
