Job Description

As a Sr. Director Engineering Program Management here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage a team of engineering program managers. You will ensure the successful execution of engineering projects, driving operational excellence and improving project delivery. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables will contribute to the overall success of the company. Your role will also involve monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, which will help in maintaining efficient project management practices. By providing leadership and guidance to your team members, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, you will contribute to the growth and development of the organization.

You will report directly to our 1 and you will work out of our 2 location on a 3 work schedule. In this role, your expertise in engineering program management and your ability to drive results and meet challenging goals will play a crucial role in the company's success and its ability to deliver high-quality solutions to its customers.
