Director of Energy and Infrastructure Communications Were looking for a Director of Energy and Infrastructure Communications to lead media relations, executive communications, and storytelling programs for companies shaping the future of energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and industrial technology. The right candidate has experience leading integrated programs across earned media, executive thought leadership, owned content, and social, either in-house at high-growth technology companies or within an agency environment. Were looking for a seasoned strategist who can counsel clients, guide teams, and lead the moments that matter: major announcements, narrative shifts, creative campaigns, and business milestones. They have a strong foundation in B2B technology and know how to translate technical products, platforms, and industry concepts into clear, compelling stories that resonate across business, media, technical, and policy audiences. Account Directors at LaunchSquad lead four to five client accounts, partnering with senior leaders and clients to shape narratives, build visibility, and drive integrated communications programs. They also play a key role in developing talent, coaching teams, maintaining high-quality work, and helping others grow.
