Full Job Description
Position Purpose

As the Sales Enablement Director, you'll oversee new hire onboarding, drive process adoption at the department level, and align with quarterly department sales plans. Additionally, you'll be responsible for spearheading process improvement and measurement, fostering cross-sales and department collaboration, and providing support for department projects.

Key Responsibilities

New Hire Onboarding

  • Manage Onboarding
  • Ensurea smooth transition to roles and attainment of 90-day KPIs
  • Ensure program and materials are adjusted as per department needs
  • Ensure communication & feedback is provided to sales leadership
  • Provide sales leadership with final report & coaching opportunities for new hires


Process Adoption at Department Level

  • Effectively work with leadership to identify gaps and provided necessary support to drive process adoption
  • Demonstrate ownership of strategy for process adoption through sales leadership
  • Deliver effective support/training to drive process adoption
  • Transfer knowledge at the sales leadership level to help drive adoption.


Quarterly Department Sales Plan

  • Support the build of the quarterly department sales plan, including all relevant information (training, department meetings, marketing, product & more)
  • Support execution of the quarterly plan
  • Understand the economics of the business & propose updates to the quarterly plan as per company results/data


Process Improvement & Measurement

  • Understand & document current processes to identify gaps
  • Work with key stakeholders
  • Propose solutions to address gaps & enhance processes based on key stakeholder feedback


Cross Sales & Department Collaboration

  • Ensure collaboration between sales departments & within the sales enablement team is at the root of the work
  • Share best practices & drive collaboration across
  • Raise awareness & find solutions with other departments to drive collaboration for the benefit of the sales org.


Support Department Projects

  • Act as project manager for department projects
  • Work with Enablement team to minimize duplication of efforts across the sales organization


Key Selection Criteria

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
  2. Minimum two - three (2-3) years of sales experience with proven success.


Preferred qualifications

  1. Business Acumen: Knowledge of the business environment and IT.
  2. Self-awareness; Self-motivated with an awareness and understanding of one's strengths and areas of development.
  3. Experience in an advisory, information and/or business services organization.
