Overview

Director, Network & Process Optimization to lead key initiatives that drive growth, scalability, and long-term organizational success. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for advancing operational excellence across our dealership network through store development, acquisition integration, process standardization, onboarding effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

As a trusted partner to store, regional, and corporate leaders, you will help ensure new stores, acquired locations, and employees are seamlessly integrated into the organization. Through strong collaboration, disciplined execution, and a focus on sustainable results, you will strengthen operational consistency, reinforce company standards, and position locations and teams for long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition activities, including operational assessments, due diligence support, integration planning, and onboarding execution.
  • Evaluate acquisition opportunities to identify onboarding needs, training requirements, operational risks, and process gaps.
  • Develop and implement scalable onboarding, training, and store development programs across the organization.
  • Monitor acquisition integration progress and ensure newly acquired locations achieve operational alignment with company standards.
  • Serve as the owner of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring routine review, optimization, communication, and adoption throughout the organization.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance operational consistency, efficiency, and execution.
  • Partner with store and regional leaders to reinforce dealer standards and ensure consistent execution of company expectations.
  • Collaborate with Training, HR, IT, Central Operations, and Field Operations teams to support smooth transitions and successful onboarding experiences.
  • Oversee company-wide employee onboarding programs and identify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, productivity, and cultural integration.
  • Develop onboarding tools, training materials, resources, and support processes that create a consistent experience for employees and locations.
  • Track onboarding effectiveness and measure outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure acquired locations receive clear communication, proper support, and a positive integration experience.
  • Work closely with leadership to align onboarding, operational standards, and store development initiatives with company goals.
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Management, or other related degree and/or related military experience
  • 10+ years' experience in the Agriculture or Construction Equipment business or a related industry, with a minimum of 7 years' management experience and/or related military experience
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills including personal integrity and character, and ability to build and lead a high performing team of experts that consistently meets or exceeds parts sales and performance goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, interviewing, formal and informal presentation skills
  • Demonstrated strong collaborative leadership skills with the ability to influence leaders, build relationships, and effectively resolve internal and external conflicts
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance, identify operational opportunities, and implement practical improvement strategies that drive measurable results
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leaders while fostering accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement
  • Strong background in operations, store leadership, onboarding, training, acquisition integration, or process improvement
  • Strong understanding of store operating processes, dealership standards, and field execution requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to achieve results
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and work flexible hours
