Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic Director of Dining Services to lead operations for Summit School District in Summit County, Colorado, serving the mountain communities of Frisco, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, and Dillon. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll oversee dining services across 9 schools, serving more than 3,500 students and leading a team of approximately 30 district frontline employees. Backed by a long-standing partnership and strong client relationships, you'll drive operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and an exceptional dining experience for students each day.

This is a unique opportunity to combine strong operational leadership with creativity and innovation. In addition to managing a successful core program, you'll bring engaging concepts to life through initiatives such as Mood Boost, Global Eats, Discovery Kitchen, Student Choice, and the district's annual Celebrity Chef event. Preferred Qualifications:
