Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $95,000-$115,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.

responsibilities:
  • Lead and maintain senior client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and touchpoint strategies
  • Design world class performance media strategies (social, search and programmatic) for top tier clients
  • Proactively exceed performance targets through effective activation strategies, annual roadmaps, test and learn, and measurement frameworks
  • Manage, train and develop a team of high-performing individuals
  • Co-create, develop and iterate our National performance product partners effectively
  • Seamless collaboration across cross functional teams
  • Provide thought leadership on latest trends and media landscape
  • Support on new business pitches and presentations

qualifications:
  • 8+ years leading a team in a strategic and executional digital media environment, paid search, social and programmatic
  • Strong understanding of digital privacy landscape, solutions and technology providers
  • Experience working on national, large scale performance-driven clients
  • Experience working in regulated industries is an asset.
  • Proven advanced understanding of SA360 / Google Ads, Bing, social platforms and their APIs, DSP and SSPs
  • Experience working with Verification Partners (Viewability, Brand Safety etc)
  • Experience working with Audience Data Strategies for clients
  • Experience with Google suite, Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, GA4
  • Experience working with AI tools and technology
  • Understanding of the role of SEO and AEO
  • Strong understanding project management platforms such as Monday, Asana, Airtable
  • Strong understanding of performance digital media workflows and processes
  • Strong presentation skills required
