Full Job Description
Location: Los Angeles, CA (on-site)

The Director, Digital Marketing will lead marketing execution for PragerU Kids, ensuring the team operates efficiently and key initiatives move from idea to completion. We're looking for a strong project manager and executor who can set priorities, coordinate across teams, remove roadblocks, and drive results. Above all, this role is about getting things done-taking priorities, creating momentum, and driving them through to completion.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the PragerU Kids marketing team, driving priorities, accountability, and execution across all marketing initiatives
  • Create and manage the PragerU Kids marketing calendar, ensuring all content lines, programming, products, educational resources, and books are strategically promoted throughout the year
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Project manage campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, ecommerce, partnerships, and other digital channels, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and achieve results
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Content, Social Media, Communications, Development, and other teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, using data to optimize marketing efforts and improve results
  • Manage marketing budgets, dashboards, performance reporting, and departmental priorities
  • Serve as the marketing lead and in-house champion for the PragerU Kids brand
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, sponsorships, platforms, and outreach opportunities that expand PragerU Kids' reach among parents, educators, and students
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and identify new opportunities to grow and engage the PragerU Kids audience

Successful Candidates Will Possess:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of execution and results
  • Exceptional project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects through to completion
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience growth, and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Experience marketing kids, family, educational, or youth-focused content is strongly preferred, but not required
  • Experience marketing products on Amazon is a plus
  • Strong analytical, budgeting, and performance reporting skills
  • Comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders, adapting quickly, and keeping projects moving forward
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
  • Passion for PragerU's mission and a proactive, results-oriented mindset

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $120,000 - $160,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data.
