- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, CRM, customer experience, marketing operations, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams, including direct reports, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Leadership & Vendor Management- Lead a cross-functional MarTech team (internal staff and external vendors/agencies)
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with technology vendors (CRM, automation, analytics, content platforms).
- Foster collaboration with underwriting, claims, product and distribution leaders to align MarTech solutions with enterprise goals.
Data Analytics & Insights- Own the marketing data strategy, ensuring integration of policyholder, broker, and campaign data.
- Collaborate for dashboard and KPIs to measure acquisition cost, retention, and campaign ROI.
Customer Experience & Engagement- Design and deploy digital touchpoints (email, portals, web, social, chatbots, AI-driven personalization) to improve Members engagement.
- Leverage technology to deliver timely, relevant, and compliant content to prospects, members, brokers, and partners.
- Measure and enhance customer experience across acquisition, onboarding, servicing, and renewal journeys.
Marketing Technology Strategy & Alignment- Define and lead the marketing technology vision aligned with the company's growth objectives in the medical malpractice space.
- Ensure MarTech stack (CRM, Automation, analytics, personalization, AI tools) supports agent/broker distribution, direct-to-physician outreach, and retention strategies.
- Partner with business leaders, underwriting, compliance, and IT to align MarTech initiatives with regulatory requirements and customer needs.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, generative content, personalization, customer data platforms) and assess applicability in the medical malpractice sector.
- Pilot and scale new capabilities that improve efficiency, reduce acquisition costs, and strengthen broker/physician engagement.
- Build a culture of test-and-learn, with A/B testing, journey optimization, and experimentation.
People Leadership, Culture, & Talent- Clearly define and communicate team roles, expectations, and responsibilities. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to help employees achieve performance and development goals.
- Deliver consistent, constructive feedback to recognize achievements, address challenges, and reinforce desired behaviors.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and ensure timely completion of performance review cycles, maintaining alignment and accountability.
- Hold staff accountable for compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Learning Development & Compliance- Maintain full compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and established standards (e.g. accurately recording time worked, Submitting PTO, mandatory corporate training)
- Keep technical knowledge and skills current to effectively support department priorities.
- Complete all performance and development activities-including the performance review process -in a timely manner. Fulfill all required training and development obligations to maintain essential skills and credentials.
- Complete all mandatory compliance courses on time, meeting corporate training standards.
- Pursue additional learning opportunities that strengthen professional capabilities and contribute to team and organizational performance, with prior manager approval.
Other Duties as Assigned- Support enterprise and departmental objectives by taking on assigned projects and delegated tasks with accountability, attention to detail, and timely execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance business efficiency and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Proactively provide regular updates to leadership on project status, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Maintain flexibility and agility to take on additional responsibilities as organizational needs evolve.
Salary Range: $131,102 - $172,072 . Compensation varies based on skills, knowledge, and education. We consider factors such as specialized skills, depth of knowledge in the field, and educational background to ensure fair and competitive pay.
