OverviewThe Director, Integrated Investment will be responsible for activating strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation across all media channels, inclusive of both National and Commerce
- Foster relationships with the team, clients, and the marketplace, ensuring effective investment distribution across all media channels.
- This leadership role involves contributing to media strategy, establishing strong client relationships at all levels, and managing, leading, and developing the internal team.
- Additionally, the Director plays an active, hands-on role in executing media plans
Responsibilities- Guide the team in optimizing campaign performance and implementing innovative solutions, while reviewing and approving major strategic recommendations, test & learn agendas, and innovation opportunities to ensure high-quality delivery
- Oversee the financial management of client accounts, provides financial reporting and forecasting to senior leadership
- Manage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams and other senior leaders to integrate media strategies with broader business objectives and drive holistic client solutions
- Serve as the senior strategic advisor to clients, providing forward-thinking insights and delivering innovative solutions that harness the latest platforms, technologies, and methodologies to drive account growth and success
- Serve as point of escalation for media team & client relationship, driving issue resolution & client satisfaction
- Mentor Supervisors & Associate Director in team development, leadership, and management, while promoting a team culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
- Training/Support of junior team in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics and research
- Help manage workload, delegating responsibilities and checking work for accuracy.
- Ensure operational efficiency by establishing and refining processes, systems, and best practices across the team and department
- Attend and lead client meetings, offering high-level strategic counsel
- Leverage marketplace knowledge to deliver best in class campaigns
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client business
- Provide thoughtful, strategic feedback in collaboration with team on measurement reporting with clear recommendations for future campaign optimizations
- Plays a leading role in all aspects of campaign management including vendor liaison and reporting
- Ability to execute and manage all aspects of Custom Content and Partnerships workstreams
- Create dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to our clients
- Assist in presentation of data, insights and media to clients
- Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value
- Build relationships with vendors to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media plan
- Maintain a knowledge of all ad serving platforms
- Prepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelines
Qualifications- 8+ years in integrated media strategy, investment, or planning
- Deep understanding of both digital & traditional media, including upfront video planning
- Experience with commerce media and RMN strategy preferred
- Skilled in budget management - experience with Media Tools is a plus
- Strong Excel proficiency, with the ability to confidently use pivot tables and intermediate formulas
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment through flexibility and agility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex strategy into clear, actionable recommendations
- Ability to build great relationships with clients, vendors, and reps
- Experience with upfronts
- Programmatic experience is preferred
- Experience with Prisma and experience with Research tools such as Nielsen, comScore highly preferred

Compensation Range: USD $121,315.00 - USD $160,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
