Full Job Description
This is the integrator role for a small, high-craft design-build firm. The Director owns the entire project lifecycle - design, preconstruction, construction, closeout - and is the central point of accountability for quality, schedule, budget, and client experience.
The role leads the design division, preconstruction/estimating, and construction operations, while improving systems, workflows, and communication across all teams. They want someone who can mentor, enforce standards, tighten processes, and elevate the entire delivery model.
Architectural license (or candidate) is strongly preferred. They want someone who understands both design and construction deeply, communicates clearly, and thrives in a small, high-trust environment.
