Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Deal Management to join our Corporate Trust team to lead our Billing Oversight and Insights team. This role can be in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Leads Billing product strategy including standardizing and simplifying the deal pricing and billing processes with clear roles and responsibilities end to end across the enterprise.
    • In partnership with the Product leads refine and simplify the pricing methodology required by product
    • Reimagine the fee schedule and billing setup process to eliminate manual processes and data gaps
    • Provide oversight of the aged receivables backlog and remediation and establish BAU level going forward
    • Define authoritative sources and Enterprise Masters consumption strategy to enable automation of the Billing lifecycle
    • Establish ownership and stewardship across the end-to-end billing lifecycle to support effective controls and data governance.
    • Leverage standard Billing data to track performance, trends, and exceptions and create clear insights for leadership action.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Trust leadership and Enterprise Billing partners to ensure product and billing strategy aligns with company goals, support iterative development and delivery to improve the Billing Lifecycle for our clients and teams.
  • Directs the overall Billing product strategy for the Corporate Trust organization and uses subject matter expertise, experience, and thought leadership to influence key stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Lead and develop a small global team, setting clear priorities, building capability and ensuring consistent execution across locations.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, business analytics, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • 10-12+ years of demonstrated ability in billing and or product development and delivery, with a proven track record of defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.
  • Prior experience in the financial industry, preferred.
  • Balances technical knowledge and business acumen, with a proven track record of providing oversight and insights for key financial processes and products in partnership with product and engineering teams and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to deliver sustainable results to drive profitability and client experience.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
