We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Head of Analytics to lead our mission of delivering Impactful Insights that empower decision-making and drive business value. This leader will own both Traditional Analytics (e.g., business intelligence, dashboards, self-service reporting) and Advanced Analytics (e.g., data science, statistical modeling), creating a cohesive and forward-thinking analytics function.
The ideal candidate will guide the organization from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive insights, partnering closely with business leaders, technology, and data teams to embed analytics into daily operations and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute the analytics vision and roadmap to support strategic and operational priorities.
• Oversee traditional analytics capabilities, including business intelligence, dashboarding, and self-service reporting.
• Lead advanced analytics initiatives using Statistical modeling to deliver predictive and prescriptive insights.
• Mentor analytics talent; grow a robust, diverse team with clear development and succession plans.
• Engage senior leadership and board stakeholders; drive cultural change to embed insights in decision-making.
• Define business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategy for advisor or client-facing data products.
• Partner with advisor channels and internal stakeholders to operationalize insights within CRM, planning tools, and client workflows.
• Track KPIs: adoption rates, revenue uplift, cost savings, retention, and data quality improvements.
• Lead in governance councils, participate in M&A, regulatory forums, and other strategic initiatives.
• Represent analytics in enterprise governance forums and strategic initiatives (including M&A and regulatory reporting).
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, translating complex insights into clear, actionable narratives.
Qualifications: • 10+ years in analytics, with at least 5 years leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of analytics methodologies, including business intelligence, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Experience leading analytics organizations in both traditional BI and advanced data science.
• Proven ability to connect analytics to tangible business outcomes.
• Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), advanced analytics (Python, R, SQL), and cloud based environments.
• Strong communication skills-able to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with KPI frameworks, data governance, and operationalizing models at scale.
• Financial Services experience will be preferred.
