Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY:- Owns and leads the enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) program, including match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and domain-by-domain roadmap execution.
- Builds and operates the Data Quality (DQ) function, including profiling, monitoring, business rules, scorecards, and remediation workflows.
- Establishes lightweight data governance and stewardship models in partnership with business domain stewards (Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle, Clinical).
- Partners closely with data engineering and business stakeholders to translate business needs into trusted, actionable data standards and resolve systemic data issues.
- Leads a high-visibility, AI-enabled data operations team, embedding agentic AI tools into daily workflows while building and developing a growing team.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:- 8+ years of experience in data management, governance, data quality, or data operations, including leadership experience; healthcare or complex multi-source environments preferred.
- Proven track record of building or operating MDM, data governance, or data quality programs end-to-end.
- Strong SQL skills with working knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and BI tools for data profiling, monitoring, and analysis.
- Demonstrated daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) as part of core workflow and decision-making processes.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills, with ability to operate in ambiguity and translate technical data concepts into clear business-friendly language; healthcare data familiarity preferred.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $180,000-$200,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
