We’re looking for a Director of Cybersecurity to lead the Control Integrity & Risk Visibility (CIRV) team within the Deputy CISO organization. This role is responsible for driving how we execute, measure, and manage cybersecurity across the enterprise portfolio — ensuring our commitments are delivered with integrity, risks are surfaced early, and leadership has a clear, consistent view of our security posture.
This leader will directly manage and develop three distinct, but highly interconnected teams focused on cyber delivery execution, automated key control metrics for risk visibility, and financial management and strategic planning. Together, these teams operate as a single system to drive consistency, improve efficiency, and enable faster, more informed decision-making across the organization.
You’ll work closely with AVPs and senior leaders to bring structure and clarity across cybersecurity delivery, financial oversight, and metrics. This role is central to how we scale — establishing a consistent operating model that reduces fragmentation, improves predictability, and enables faster, more confident decision-making across the organization.

- Background in operating model or organizational transformation
- Understanding of risk-based prioritization and investment alignment
- Experience partnering with Finance, Risk, or Audit teams
- Proven ability to work in a high-accountability, data-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading cybersecurity programs, delivery governance, or large-scale execution across complex environments
- Strong understanding of security controls, risk management, and performance measurement (KCIs/KPIs)
- Proven ability to build and scale metrics, dashboards, or reporting that drive decision-making (not just data
- Experience working with delivery tools and workflows (e.g., Jira or similar platforms) to drive visibility and accountability
- Strong foundation in financial management within cybersecurity, including budget oversight and vendor governance
