Full Job Description
Davidson is seeking a Director, Cyber Innovation.

This person will lead the product transition, future investment strategy and deployment activities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of technical accomplishments, Government program execution, team leadership and business capture.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct coordination with Davidson leadership, technical staff, and other program personnel to support products and development initiatives
  • Management and organization of technology/system demonstrations, pilots and deployments
  • Identification and recruitment of new team members
  • Marketing of Davidson services, systems, and capabilities to new and existing Government clients
  • Identifying and leading the capture of new programs
  • Participating in and leading proposal generation and delivery


Successful candidate will have:
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Government customers such as: ARCYBER, INSCOM, AFCYBER, USCYBERCOM, FLTCYBER, IC Partners
  • Experience serving as a manger for a team with diverse skills pertaining to cyberspace operations
  • Proven track record of interacting with Government representatives for contracts/programs

Clearance:
  • Active Secret Clearance required.
