Director, Cyber Asset Engineer

Role Overview

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director, Cyber Asset Engineer to strengthen enterprise cyber resilience and enable secure digital transformation across a rapidly evolving global technology landscape. This role will play a critical leadership position within the Global Digital organization by driving visibility, governance, and protection of enterprise technology assets across cloud, infrastructure, applications, endpoints, operational technology, and emerging digital platforms.

As Coca-Cola accelerates adoption of cloud technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and connected digital ecosystems, this role will help establish scalable cyber asset management practices that improve risk visibility, compliance, operational efficiency, and security responsiveness. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in cyber asset engineering with strong collaboration and strategic execution skills to support enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives and technology modernization efforts.

This role will partner closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, product, and operations teams to ensure accurate asset intelligence, support vulnerability management, automate security operations, and strengthen enterprise security posture across the Coca-Cola system.

What You will do for us
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise cyber asset management and asset intelligence capabilities across global environments
• Develop scalable processes and engineering solutions for discovery, classification, inventory, and monitoring of enterprise technology assets across cloud, endpoint, infrastructure, application, and operational technology domains
• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, digital product, and enterprise architecture teams to strengthen asset visibility and support secure digital transformation initiatives
• Drive automation and integration of cyber asset data across vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, governance, and compliance platforms
• Establish data quality, governance, and operational standards for enterprise asset intelligence to improve risk prioritization and remediation effectiveness
• Support enterprise vulnerability management efforts by improving asset attribution, exposure analysis, and risk contextualization capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify gaps, reduce manual processes, and improve scalability across cybersecurity operations
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity technologies, asset management innovations, and AI-enabled security capabilities to continuously modernize enterprise security operations
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks that provide leadership visibility into asset coverage, risk exposure, and operational performance
• Support cybersecurity audits, compliance initiatives, and enterprise security governance activities related to asset controls and technology risk management
• Influence enterprise cybersecurity strategy and contribute to long-term roadmap planning for cyber asset engineering capabilities
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to cybersecurity engineers and cross-functional technology teams

Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, cyber asset management, infrastructure security, or related technical security disciplines
• Strong understanding of cyber asset discovery, inventory management, configuration management, and enterprise security operations
• Experience working with cybersecurity technologies related to asset intelligence, vulnerability management, endpoint security, cloud security, CMDB platforms, and security automation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and associated cloud security concepts
• Experience integrating cybersecurity tools, APIs, automation platforms, and enterprise monitoring technologies
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, operating systems, identity management, and security architecture principles
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments with complex, global technology ecosystems
• Ability to analyze technical risks and translate findings into actionable remediation and operational improvements
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills within highly matrixed organizations
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with scripting or automation technologies such as Python, PowerShell, or similar tools preferred
• Familiarity with cybersecurity governance frameworks, compliance standards, and security best practices preferred
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical depth with strategic business alignment in fast-paced environments

Pay Range:
United States of America: 171,000 USD - 198,000 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
