Available Location: Milton, GA
Hybrid Working: Team members are expected to come into the Alpharetta office as needed, based on business requirements and team collaboration needs. There is no fixed minimum number of in-office days; instead, attendance will be determined by project demands, meetings, and manager guidance. Any changes to your primary work location should follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook.
What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will drive retention, expansion, product adoption, and lifetime value across our installed customer base - and extend that growth beyond the primary buyer, into our partner ecosystem and the congregant communities our customers serve. You'll build lifecycle marketing strategy that spans three connected growth pillars: customer expansion, partner-driven growth, and congregant-level adoption. If you are a commercially sharp marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and cross-functional influence, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact at scale.
- Own and lead the In-Life marketing strategy, defining the customer growth roadmap across retention, cross-sell, upsell, renewals, and advocacy.
- Build and scale Account-Based Expansion (ABX) strategies that increase wallet share within strategic customer accounts, partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success.
- Own the partner marketing strategy, driving adoption of MB's partner offerings across the customer base and building co-marketing programs that increase attach, activation, and utilization.
- Build and manage referral partner relationships and programs, marketing MB's services into referral partners' existing customer and member bases to generate qualified pipeline and expand reach.
- Own the congregant marketing strategy - designing and executing programs that market directly to congregants and members within customer churches and parishes to drive adoption of MB software and, specifically, payments and online giving solutions.
- Own the investment strategy across customer lifecycle marketing, digital engagement, partner marketing, congregant marketing, and expansion programs, connecting spend directly to NRR, GRR, expansion ARR, and customer health.
- Develop segmentation strategies for customers, partners, and congregant audiences using behavioral, product usage, firmographic, and technographic data to personalize journeys at scale.
- Provide strategic direction to the Campaign Hub and partner across Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Digital Marketing, and Product to deliver integrated customer growth and partner marketing programs.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, building organizational capability in lifecycle marketing, partner marketing, and congregant marketing.
What We're Looking For - Proven track record (6-8 years) in senior performance marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or partner/channel marketing leadership, with a focus on customer retention, expansion, and recurring revenue growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), and expansion ARR outcomes.
- Experience building partner or referral marketing programs - including co-marketing, partner offering adoption, and marketing into a partner's existing customer base to drive pipeline.
- Experience marketing beyond the primary buyer to an organization's broader user or member base (e.g., B2B2C, association, or franchise-style models) is a strong plus.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation and lifecycle marketing technology applied to customer growth.
- Experience designing ABX strategies and customer/partner segmentation frameworks that translate insight into commercial results.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- A commercially minded approach with the ability to build business cases and investment strategies that connect marketing spend to measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Preferred - Experience in faith-based, non-profit, association, or membership-driven markets.
- Experience with payments, fintech, or giving/donation platform adoption marketing.
- Experience operating within a product-led growth (PLG) or self-serve commercial motion.
Physical Considerations - Ability to work in a general office environment.
- Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone.
Travel Considerations - Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 15%.
