Job DescriptionThe Director of CRM & Marketing Analytics is responsible for the systems, infrastructure, and analytics that make marketing measurable across the Marker Trax portfolio. This role serves as the primary administrator and architect of HubSpot, develops and manages customer lifecycle journeys, and builds reporting and analytics frameworks that connect customer behavior to business outcomes. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on CRM strategy, marketing operations, automation, reporting, and data governance.
ResponsibilitiesCRM Architecture & Governance - Serve as the primary administrator and architect for HubSpot.
- Design and maintain CRM data structures, custom objects, properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
- Establish and enforce CRM data standards, naming conventions, and validation rules.
- Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and internal systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Manage platform permissions, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and compliance-sensitive data handling.
Lifecycle Marketing & Customer Journeys - Design, build, test, and launch customer lifecycle journeys across onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and win-back initiatives.
- Develop event-driven marketing automations that respond to customer behavior in real time.
- Own segmentation strategies and trigger logic across email, SMS, mobile, and digital channels.
- Create customer health-scoring models and automated alerts to identify retention and growth opportunities.
- Ensure marketing communications comply with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a disciplined testing roadmap including A/B, multivariate, and holdout testing methodologies.
Analytics, Reporting & Attribution - Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Define key performance indicators and maintain consistent measurement standards.
- Build and manage marketing attribution models that connect marketing investments to customer acquisition, activation, and retention outcomes.
- Produce campaign, channel, and lifecycle performance reporting for leadership.
- Conduct behavioral segmentation, cohort analysis, customer lifetime value analysis, and churn-risk assessments.
- Support market research, competitive analysis, and overall marketing effectiveness measurement.
Documentation & Enablement - Document marketing technology architecture, customer journey logic, reporting methodologies, and dashboard definitions.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Promote data literacy and reporting adoption across cross-functional teams.
Skills / ExperienceRequired Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Six (6) or more years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or marketing analytics.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience owning and administering a CRM platform end-to-end.
- Advanced HubSpot administration expertise, including custom objects, workflows, and Operations Hub.
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards using multiple data sources.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to validate and analyze marketing and behavioral data.
- Experience integrating systems using APIs, webhooks, or middleware platforms.
- Experience developing and maintaining marketing attribution models.
- Demonstrated success improving customer retention, activation, engagement, or lifecycle performance.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications - HubSpot Administrator or Architect certification.
- Experience in fintech, gaming, hospitality, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with compliance-sensitive marketing communications.
- Experience supporting multiple brands or product portfolios.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, propensity modeling, or advanced customer segmentation.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouse environments such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Experience with GA4, tag management, and event-tracking implementation.
