We’re currently looking for: a Director, Corporate Strategy & Finance Transformation to lead high-impact initiatives that shape our long-term roadmap and modernize our financial operations. You will act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving cross-functional alignment and execution of key growth drivers. This role is pivotal in evolving our finance function through technology, process improvement, and data-driven insights.
Job Responsibilities:Lead the annual strategic planning process, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and departmental execution.
Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP enhancements and the automation of core financial processes.
Develop sophisticated financial models and business cases to evaluate new market entries, M&A opportunities, and product investments.
Provide cross-functional leadership on large-scale projects, bridging the gap between Finance, Product, and Sales operations.
Identify and analyze growth initiatives, offering data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue and margin expansion.
Partner with executive stakeholders to communicate strategic progress and financial performance metrics.
Oversee the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting tools to improve visibility into key business drivers.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
MBA or equivalent work experience in a high-growth corporate environment.
10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or finance transformation roles.
Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformations and change management initiatives.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
Deep understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and cloud communications industry trends.
Expertise in modern finance technology stacks (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, or similar platforms).

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $200,000 and $250,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
