Your Role

The Corporate Platform team delivers scalable, secure enterprise technology across Corporate Services (HR, Finance, and Global Business Services). The Director, Corporate Platform - Engineering & AI Enablement will report to the Sr. Director, Corporate Platform. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end engineering delivery and operational health of corporate platforms (e.g., Workday and its ecosystem), spanning integrations, security architecture, digital experience, analytics/data, and enterprise AI enablement. You will partner with business and technology leaders to modernize platforms, improve employee and manager experiences, and ensure solutions are resilient, compliant, and built for long-term value across the Family of Companies.

Responsibilities

Your Work

In this role, you will:
  • Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for corporate platforms and AI enablement aligned to enterprise strategy and measurable outcomes
  • Own end-to-end technical delivery, stability, and evolution of Workday and the surrounding corporate services ecosystem
  • Lead integration architecture and delivery across HR, Finance, and GBS platforms, using API-first patterns and MuleSoft (or equivalent) governance
  • Design, pilot, and scale AI-native capabilities (gen AI, copilots, automation, orchestration) across corporate technology platforms
  • Design and deploy scalable AI agents with appropriate orchestration patterns, including human-in-the-loop controls where required
  • Establish and operate security and AI governance guardrails (role-based access, SOD/SOX, privacy, model oversight, and audit readiness)
  • Set the analytics, reporting, and data strategy across Workday and adjacent platforms (data models, dashboards, and planning insights)
  • Build and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams and partner with business/technology leaders to translate priorities into executable roadmaps


Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, platform delivery, integration, or technical leadership roles
  • 6 years of leadership experience, preferably supporting Workday at enterprise scale
  • Deep hands-on experience with Workday integrations and Workday Build technologies
  • Strong expertise with MuleSoft or comparable enterprise middleware and API-led integration architectures
  • Experience leading platform modernization initiatives in large, complex, and regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience designing, deploying, or governing AI solutions, including intelligent automation and agentic AI
  • Experience building or orchestrating AI Agents across platforms and workflows, including human-in-the-loop designs
  • Understanding of agent orchestration frameworks, multi-agent coordination, and AI governance models
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
  • Proven ability to lead transformation and organizational change
  • Strong people leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Workday AI, or agent frameworks such as Flowise
  • Preferred experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native delivery patterns
  • Workday Integration, Workday Studio, or MuleSoft certifications preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated industries preferred


Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.

Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of work day.
