Job DescriptionDirector, Corporate, M&A and Securities We have an opportunity for a Director, Corporate, M&A and Securities to join our Legal team, reporting to the VP Legal. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a broad corporate legal leader leading the full spectrum of M&A, strategic transactions, securities, corporate governance, disclosure controls, equity compensation and equity plan matters, and other corporate legal matters. We are AI-first in how we work, decide, and deliver. We believe everybody does everything - T-shaped professionals who continuously expand cross-domain knowledge. Here, your value is measured by the problems you can own start-to-finish, not by title or team size.
