Corporate Narrative & Story Identification

  • In partnership with the Head of Corporate Brand, identify and develop high-potential corporate stories that strengthen understanding of L'Oréal Groupe, its purpose, expertise, impact, and leadership in beauty.

  • Maintain a strong pulse on emerging formats, publisher offerings, creator ecosystems, platform innovation, and cultural trends to identify opportunities for L'Oréal Groupe to lead-not follow-the conversation.

Media Partnerships & External Relationship Management

  • Build and manage a strategic ecosystem of media, publishing, platform, creator, and content-production partners that can help L'Oréal Groupe tell its stories with scale, credibility, and cultural relevance.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for key external partners, representing L'Oréal with polish, sound judgment and a clear point of view.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities based on strategic fit, audience quality, brand safety, creative potential, measurement capability, and anticipated return on investment.

Collaborative Internal Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a central connector across internal teams to align corporate story development, communications priorities, content strategy, and paid amplification.
  • Work in close proximity to other members of the Corporate Affairs & Engagement team to ensure our content efforts support other internal priorities.
  • Create clear, inspiring presentations and recommendations that align senior stakeholders around a shared point of view and path to action.

Measurement, Optimization & Budget Stewardship

  • Partner with the Media & Measurement Manager to connect content performance to broader corporate brand objectives and year-over-year learning.
  • Translate results into clear executive-level narratives, recommendations, and optimization plans.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of partners, programs, and channels to improve impact and return on investment over time.
