Position Summary...Lead technical accounting strategy and execution to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls across complex business areas. This role partners with cross-functional leaders to interpret accounting standards, advise on strategic initiatives, and strengthen financial processes that support scalable, compliant growth.
What you'll do...- Oversee technical accounting, financial reporting, and audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Evaluate complex transactions, provide accounting guidance, and advise on financial impacts of strategic initiatives
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks, ensuring SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Lead budgeting support, balance sheet reviews, and variance analysis to inform business decisions
- Partner cross-functionally to improve accounting processes, systems, and reporting accuracy
What you'll bring...- Strong experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, and audit within complex organizations
