Your contribution!

As Director of Continuous Improvement, you will play a strategic role in optimizing organizational performance across the entire company. You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, project lifecycle governance, and cross-functional collaboration among teams.

Working in partnership with senior management, you will help identify and implement improvement strategies to enhance performance, quality, agility, and value creation, while ensuring that business processes, enterprise systems, and organizational objectives remain aligned.

Your day-to-day!

Organizational Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement
  • Lead the implementation of continuous improvement practices based on recognized methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving productivity, quality, standardization, and the optimal use of resources
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, work methods, and ways of collaborating
  • Oversee business analysis activities, including workshops, process documentation, requirements identification, and the coordination of multidisciplinary resources
  • Develop improvement solutions that incorporate, among other things, automation, digitization, artificial intelligence, and process simplification
  • Measure the results, benefits, and progress of initiatives and report on them to management
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation
  • Support managers and their teams in developing management skills, tools, methods, and practices
  • Foster stakeholder buy-in for cross-functional initiatives and support effective collaboration among teams
  • Develop and maintain an internal network that promotes the sharing of expertise and the identification of opportunities for improvement


Governance of Strategic Initiatives (Project Management Office - PMO) and Organizational Performance
  • Co-lead the PMO's governance in partnership with the Vice President of IT and the IT/OT leads
  • Help prioritize, align, and monitor the company's strategic initiatives
  • Work with governance bodies to analyze and oversee high-value-added projects
  • Track roadmaps, milestones, expected benefits, and performance metrics
  • Support managers in identifying and tracking key performance indicators and return on investment
  • Demonstrate leadership and resilience in managing issues, challenges, and unforeseen circumstances


Business Processes, Enterprise Systems, and Data Governance
  • Ensure alignment between organizational objectives, business processes, and the evolution of enterprise systems
  • Oversee the evolution of processes integrated into systems to ensure their consistency, efficiency, and performance
  • Guide decisions that impact business processes and platforms while minimizing risks
  • Contribute to data governance, information quality, and the optimal use of indicators in decision-making


Your skills, our requirements!
  • A university degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree or MBA (preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSS BB) Certification
  • At least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in organizational transformation, change management, or management consulting
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus

  • Recognized expertise in organizational design, governance, and process improvement
  • Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects within large organizations
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools
  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems, Salesforce CRM, and the SharePoint and M-Files document management platforms
  • Proficiency in Jira
  • Knowledge of other productivity tools is a plus
  • Experience with the use of artificial intelligence in operations is a plus
  • Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) is required to facilitate ongoing collaboration with various stakeholders outside Quebec

  • The position is based at the company's head office in Longueuil, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station
  • This position is a P5 level
