About the Role

Help turn AI potential into real operational impact.

We are looking for a hands-on Director, Consulting - Insurance with a history of leading client engagements, owning delivery outcomes, and translating complex problems into executable solutions as we bring our next-gen platform to the world.

This is an opportunity of a lifetime for someone who wants to be at the heart of the AI movement to better humanity. As the Director, Consulting you'll be working directly with our VP of Consulting to drive go-to-market motions. Your mission is to enter complex environments, rapidly identify high-value use cases through focused discovery, and lead the delivery of production-ready AI solutions on the Kizen platform.

In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams responsible for:
  • Rapid Discovery & Scoping: Cutting through organizational noise to identify the specific workflows where Kizen's AI platform will deliver the highest ROI.
  • Platform-Led Sales & Delivery: Transitioning clients from "problem state" to "platform state" by leading the configuration and deployment of automated agents and workflows.
  • Outcome Ownership: Moving beyond milestones to focus on real-world metrics-speed to value, cost reduction, and platform stickiness.
  • Sales Integration: Partnering with Sales and Engineering to ensure our consulting engagements are the ultimate proof-of-value for the Kizen platform.

What You'll Be Doing
  • GTM Strategy & Co-selling: Partner with the VP of Consulting to qualify opportunities and shape the "consult-to-platform" narrative for prospects.
  • High-Velocity Discovery: Lead workshops and deep-dives to map current-state bottlenecks and design future-state architectures on the Kizen platform.
  • End-to-End Execution: Own the delivery roadmap, ensuring that platform deployments are high-quality, scalable, and built for production.
  • Technical Advocacy: Act as the bridge between client requirements and our Product/Engineering teams, ensuring the Kizen platform evolves to meet real-world enterprise needs.
  • Engagement Rigor: Manage resources and timelines with the precision of a top-tier consultancy, while maintaining the agility of a high-growth tech company.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop the playbooks and delivery frameworks that will allow us to scale our platform consulting motion globally.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of high-impact experience at a top-tier consultancy or a high-growth SaaS platform.
  • Sector Expertise: Deep experience in Insurance industry.
  • Delivery Mastery: A proven track record of managing complex client engagements from first meeting to proven value
  • Problem Solver: The ability to take a messy, manual business process and re-architect it into a clean, automated workflow.
  • Executive Presence: The ability to command a room of C-suite stakeholders and pivot from high-level strategy to granular execution.
  • Experience leading cross-functional or technical delivery teams, including engineers
  • Demonstrated ability to create BRDs, process documentation, and implement best practices
  • Comfortable operating in both pre-sales and delivery contexts
  • Experience deploying platforms such as CRM, ERP, EMR, RPA, or low-code solutions
  • Understanding of data architectures and enterprise integration patterns (APIs, ETL, etc.)
  • Executive-level presence with strong consulting rigor and stakeholder influence
  • Highly organized - able to oversee multiple programs while maintaining quality
  • Experience working with AI, automation, data platforms, or modern enterprise software (fluency over depth)
