  • Work closely with communications and other counterparts across the company, including in Sphere Studios, marketing, partnerships, corporate events and sales, to support key business goals.
  • Conduct strategic media outreach that supports the company's goals and creates compelling press strategies around key priorities; react and respond to incoming media inquiries and act as company spokesperson when needed.
  • Identify and secure opportunities that elevate the profile of the company's executives in consumer-facing media, including through strategic speaking engagements and interviews.
  • Identify and manage external agencies, when needed, to help drive specific company initiatives.
  • Cultivate, maintain and lead a high-performing communications team.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

  • Proficient in the development of integrated communications plans as well as crisis communications.
  • Experience working on a team in a matrix organization.
  • Experience leading and managing outside consultants and agencies.
