Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this newly created position is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives in the high-stakes environment of a pre-revenue biotech. As we prepare for our first commercial launch, you will be working closely with Commercial leadership as the primary architect of our commercial FP&A infrastructure. You won't just be managing a budget; you will be helping build the revenue models, gross-to-net (GTN) frameworks, and support commercial operations to define our success from day one. Duties/Responsibilities Build the Revenue Engine: Develop our first sophisticated, patient-based "top-down/bottom-up" revenue models. Launch Strategy & Spend: Lead FP&A planning for the Commercial build-out Gross-to-Net (GTN) Framework: Establish the initial FP&A model and forecasting framework for rebates, chargebacks, and co-pay assistance—critical for our first reported earnings. Market Access Partnership: Partner with the Access team to model scenarios for payer contracting, Medicaid/Medicare mandates, and 340B impact. Forecast Management: Provide the C-suite with clear visibility into revenue projections vs. actuals to ensure insights to help drive sales performance. Experience/Requirements • Experience: 8–12 years in Finance/Accounting, with a heavy emphasis on Biotech Launch Readiness. You’ve seen a drug go from Phase III to the shelf. • The "Startup" Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity. You enjoy building your own spreadsheets and processes from scratch. • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of US drug pricing, the buy-and-bill vs. specialty pharmacy models, and GTN accrual methodology. • Influence: The ability to push back on Commercial leadership with data-driven insights to ensure spend is disciplined and ROI-focused. #LI-KO1 The base salary for this position is expected to range between $210,261.00 - $256,985.00 USD per year.
