What You'll Do
  • Own and lead the end-to-end college recruiting strategy, including internships and full-time early career hiring
  • Build strong partnerships with universities, faculty, and campus organizations to enhance our brand and talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align recruiting strategies with workforce needs and priorities
  • Drive innovative approaches to candidate attraction, engagement, and selection
  • Lead initiatives that improve intern conversion and early career retention
  • Develop and track key metrics, using data to identify gaps and improve outcomes
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on program performance and progress
  • Advance inclusive recruiting strategies and expand access to underrepresented talent
  • Partner with internal teams to design impactful onboarding and development experiences
  • Lead and develop a team of college recruiting professionals

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree, required
  • 8+ years of professional experience, including:
  • 6+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition (college recruiting preferred)
  • 3+ years leading programs or complex projects across teams
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
  • Experience building relationships with universities and external partners
  • Expertise in inclusive hiring practices and early talent development
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
